General Ticketing Policies & Information

Ticket Fees

Patron ticket fees are as follows:

On-Line orders:  $1.50 per order.

Telephone and Mail orders: $3.50 per order.

     - All On-Line, Phone and Mail orders are mailed.  Exception: if there are 
       five or less business days before the event, then tickets will be held at the interior Will Call window.
       Photo ID is required to pick up Will Call tickets.

There are no fees for orders purchased in person at the Box Office window.

 

Regular Tickets

  • Please Note that All Sales are Final.  There are no refunds.
  • All Tickets will be mailed.  Exception: the event occurs in five or fewer days from day of purchase, these tickets will be held at Will Call.  Photo ID required to pick up tickets.
  • The Box Office opens one hour before a performance and Closes one half hour after curtain.
  • Festival seating is on a first come first serve basis.
  • One person, per ticket, per seat - there is no age minimum or maximum
  • Complimentary tickets issued by the renter are not guaranteed seats for the event.  The Box Office must be contacted at least 24 hours prior to the event to reserve seating using complimentary ticket(s). Complimentary tickets not redeemed 24 hours in advance will be released for sale.
  • Ticketing Policies are printed on the back of every ticket.

Discounts, Subscriptions & Group Rates

Discounts, subscriptions and group rate tickets can not be purchased through the On-Line ticketing system. Tickets purchased On-Line will not be refunded for lower priced, discounted tickets.

The Box Office handles all special needs tickets including:

  • Wheelchair
  • Transfer Seats
  • Season Subscriptions
  • Group Sales
  • Any and All Discounts

All special ticketing transactions must be done by phone, or by visiting the McIntyre Hall Box Office during regular hours of operation.    

Visa, MasterCard, checks and United States Currency accepted.

Will Call

Generally all tickets are Mailed.

Tickets that are purchased by phone or On Line without time to safely mail or tickets left by someone are considered Will-Call tickets. A picture ID is required to pick up purchased will-call tickets.. 

Will Call tickets may be picked up with Photo ID at the Box Office during regular business hours or at the interior Box Office window in the Lobby one hour prior to the event's curtain time. 

Lost / Stolen or Tickets Not Received in the Mail:

When tickets are lost, stolen or not received in the mail, patrons contact the Box Office. In order to protect ticket purchasers, there is a process that must be followed to receive lost tickets

Beware of 3rd party ticket broker scams

Please be aware that only McIntyre Hall is authorized to sell tickets to events here at  the Hall.  Various sites can be found Online advertising McIntyre Hall tickets - they Do Not have tickets to our events.  These sites list our address and phone number, but they are not authorized to sell tickets or charge fees. 

If you purchase tickets from another website or ticket broker we cannot guarantee that those tickets are legitimate. If there is a problem with tickets purchased from such companies we will not be able to assist you.
